The Program is the Central Valley’s premier football training and 7v7 organization, built for athletes who are serious about playing at the college level. We aren’t a park-and-rec team — we’re a select program that develops elite players through year-round training, competition, and exposure. Our mission is simple: provide the plan and the platform that bridges the gap between high school talent and college football opportunities.
Our Story
Ceo/Founder — Tykee Woods built The Program after stints of recruiting and evaluating top players in the upper left state (Washington). He saw firsthand the missing link in the Valley: we’ve always had the talent, but not the consistent pipeline to college football and especially the training. After returning home, Tykee is committed to building that pipeline here — giving our players the same systems, standards, and opportunities that top programs across the country provided.
Through elite coaching, structured development, and national competition, we are creating a culture where athletes embrace the grind, master their craft, and earn their shot at the next level. This isn’t just about football — it’s about setting up young men for success in college and beyond.
